hard? easy? take with other AP classes?

For me it was hard because history is my weak spot. But I take 3 AP sciences and I’m in the high 90s. If you’re bad at history and can pass, it’s fine. I did that because I can’t stand being in such a slow regents class.

…If you’re good at history and you like it, you’re golden.

History is not too terribly hard, and I suck at history. The only “hard” part is being motivated to read the required reading, other than that it is pretty simple.

It isn’t really hard, it is just allot more work. If you are good or okay History in general, it should be a piece of cake as long as you do the work and readings.

The work and readings are the true thing you should be worrying about tbh.

Well, if you are good at history or are interested in history, this class can actually help to boost your GPA. It’s really pretty straightforward…there is a direct correlation between how much you read and the grade you get in the class. Just make sure to actually read the assigned chapters and you’ll be fine. I don’t see any problem with taking additional AP courses along with AP US History, but be careful to not overwhelm yourself. The class is time consuming.

It shouldn’t be too hard. Just be sure you know causes and effects of events thoroughly. It can take a lot of work, but it shouldn’t be hard even if you’re taking other AP’s.

Yes your grade will reflect how much you read. But ppl usually average 84-97. BTW the pageant is the most boring stuff you will ever read in ur life

Lots of reading…and pretty frequency source analysis and essays. I would say if you think History is interesting and you’re up for reading + memorizing + writing essays, then you’re golden :)

APUSH is all reading and analysis, and hard is really subjective, but I find APUSH easy though.
