I am a Chinese student(non-immigrant) and I took the SAT twice:

CR:640 MATH:780 WR:630

Will ASU be a safety for me?

Yes.If your GPA matches your SAT's you can apply for the Honor's College (seperate app:look under Barrett Honors on the website)
They dont use SAT II scores.

ASU is a safety for anyone who has a gpa above 2.8ish and scored higher than 1200 on SAT

if you like science/math, University of Arizona may be a better college for you, also a safety

Also, I believe ASU has rolling admissions, so you could easily apply and know soon enough

I'm not sure if ASU is rolling admissions, but you do find out really fast. I applied on November 30th and I got my acceptance letter on December 19th.
