Hey lakerforever24,
What do you do if you have to take a s— at school?

Unless you took AP Calc I’d recommend doing Biz Econ or taking 2 years to do Econ. 3 Calc classes in one year requires your CC to have a winter session and you’re screwed if you don’t get into Calc II in your winter session and have to change your plan anyway.

It’s definitely possible but some majors have it easier than others.

at OP

hey im planning to do taht also. i have 21 units from APs and im currently taking 18 units.im going to take 6 in winter and another 18 in spring. planning to major in business econ also. Also i only need english 103 and math 266 ( calculus with analytical geometry 2) and im done with prerequisites. Im also in tap. im really hoping to get into UCLA for bus econ

hey guys… i dont know if this is true, but my counselor just informed me that uc’s only take 8 units max of ap credit. X_X
damn it… if she is wrong, never again am i trusting a counselor…

i’ve been confused about that a lot too…i read somewhere that ucsd would only accept a maximum of 45 ap units a couple of years ago but i’ve found no mention of that now…and the counselor i talked to said he didn’t think their were many maximums but that they would depend on the campus and college and so i should just call em myself…which is wat i’m gonna do

a UCLA rep was at my CC last wk and he said there was no cap at UCLA
