is Bach. of Science in Foreing Service a uniquely SFS degree?

the requirements and core curriculum for this degree fit my interests more than the regular Bachelor of Science degree that I am on my way of getting at my present university. Is it fair to say that SFS is the only school that offers precisely this degree? I have never really heard of other schools that have anything this specific to my need.. what about GWU? do they have anything similar? I do not want to state something in my reasons for transferring if it ends up being factually incorrect. plus I have to explore the alternatives...

any ideas?

George Washington has the Elliott School of International Affairs. I daresay that it probably offer the type of undergraduate degree that SFS does:

[The Elliott School of International Affairs - The George Washington University](Elliott School of International Affairs | The George Washington University)

I checked the website and the only degree directly related to international affairs that GWU has is a Bachelor of Arts degree. That practically means that science and math are required just like at the university I am at right now. That makes the SFS the only place I know of offering a bachelor of science degree…

Yes the BSFS is unique to Georgetown, but that doesn’t really mean anything.

Well it means a great deal to me because of the required curriculum. I dont know what else a degree is supposed to mean…

Perhaps I should clarify. Georgetown is the only school that grants a degree called the BSFS. This does not mean that the requirements for the degree are unique. There are similar programs at a number of other schools. There are a lot of things that make SFS special and unique, but the name of the degree and the structure of core requirements aren’t that important in the grand scheme of things. As mentioned Elliot (GWU), American, Columbia, etc. all have similar programs.

well, I know Columbia has a school of international and public policy but as far as I know it is not an undergraduate school.
