Is Barrons good for SAT II World History?

I’m a rising junior and I’m planning on taking the SAT II World History test this December. I bought the Barron’s prep book for it but a lot of people have said it overpreps you and that the tests aren’t very realistic. Should I still study using it? A lot of people have gotten 800s using it. I’ve also heard that it’s better to use Barron’s World History AP book instead. Is that true?

I took world history during 10th grade, but I go to an all IB school so the curriculum is very different than AP (plus I had a lousy teacher). We didn’t really learn a lot so I don’t think I can depend much on what I learned from school to carry me through the test, which is why I need a pretty comprehensive book.

Help?

no one???

I thought it was a good resource to use. I’m getting my scores back in about 5ish days so I’ll give a better review later. But for now I recommend you purchase it.

Okay, thanks! I’d love to know what your score ended up being/how the book helped
