i just want to know is CAL a good option for anyone who wants to study major related to biology or not?</p>
<p>It is absolutely excellent. My brother is a molecular and cellular biology major at Cal (the hardest major/most competitive at the school) and he’s applying to med school now as a senior. He has had several friends that were a year ahead of him already be accepted to medical schools. Students from Berkeley have better chances of getting into medical schools (compared to other PUBLIC school) because of the vast range of opportunities available doing research, etc. You really can’t beat it.</p>
