Is CALS admission unpredictable and... eccentric?

<p>Q (a): Is CALS admission kind of unusual and for the most part, unpredictable? </p>

<p>What is it really looking for?</p>

<p>Q (b): I wish to study "Biological Science" and "International Agriculture and Rural Development", am I allowed to double major in the first year, or do I have to wait until second year?</p>

<p>You’re allowed to start taking courses towards both in your first year. But it’s mostly gonna be pre-reqs.</p>
