<p>I registered and paid for it already but I'm starting to have my doubts. I don't know if I can get a partial refund, but I still have to buy plane a plane ticket. I will be pretty busy the week of the orientation with visiting relatives and I just want to know if it is really worth it? I don't know anyone who is attending so I don't want to pay more money to be alone and miserable for two days when it isn't even necessary.</p>

<p>As someone who attended the FPF CalSO last year, I can tell you that you will definately not be alone. You will meet so many new people, and you will most likely see at least some of them in the fall since you will be taking classes with them. In addition, the activities and workshops are more interesting and fun than it may seem on the surface. So unless you really don’t want to go (and especially since you’ve already paid) I’d recommend going!</p>
