<p>hey all the CMU guys out there, please help me. Is CMU good for me? I am a south Asian and cannot afford for the American education. I know that CMU offers a lot of aids . But if I am really good ( closer to extra ordinary), then will CMU provide me full aid ?

<p>If by South Asian you mean an international student, CMU cannot offer you any aid. They do not give out any financial help to international students.</p>
<p>Really good as in international olympiad level? Some departments will throw in a scholarship (math comes into mind)</p>
<p>If you are international, I wouldn’t put any hope into CMU for aid, especially wanting a full ride.</p>
