My son is taking his first SAT Subject test next week in Math Level 2 (yes, he's a procrastinator, but good at it). I purchased the College Board SAT Subject Test Study Guide for Mathematics Levels 1 & 2, but just noticed the publication date of 2006. Is this still a good study guide, or do you suggest a different one? Thanks in advance.

Review chapters are skimpy, tests are outdated (they are bit easier then the ones in recent years), but the College Board has not published any others.

This should be enough:
[SparkNotes: SAT Subject Test: Math Level 2](<a href=“SparkNotes: Today's Most Popular Study Guides”>SparkNotes: Today's Most Popular Study Guides)
and
[SparkNotes: SAT Subject Test: Math Level 2: Test Center](http://testprep.sparknotes.com/testcenter/sat2/math2c/)

You can also buy SN SAT II Math books.
(Disclaimer: I am not affiliated with SN.)

Some topics are not included (standard deviation, regression, box and whisker diagrams), some are over represented (conics), but you don’t need to learn everything: skipping a few questions does not hurt much on Level 2, provided you did not make too many careless mistakes. :)

SN tests are also not as hard as the real ones, but they are pretty close.
