<p>I want to transfer from Purdue University to the Colorado School of Mines for Chemical Engineering, due to a very complex issue that is occurring in my life. However, I am not sure if the Colorado School of Mines is a good school/recognized among industry? How does it compare to Purdue?</p>
<p>In my mind it’s got a great reputation, but I’m not in engineering. I’m also not sure of its reputation within chemical engineering. I think of it as civil/mechanical.</p>

<p>CSM is a school with a great reputation for engineering.</p>
