<p>I thought cornell is not need blind for int'ls, but someone said cornell is need blind for int'l as well..Is that true?</p>

<p>hey, i am an int'l too, and I have heard from my friend, who got accepted at cornell last year, that it DOES make a difference.</p>
<p>applying for Finaid , or without, puts you in 1 of 2 seperate piles - i think its an inescapable fact, purely because I think if you look at it from the college's POV, it makes economic sense. If you can afford it, I urge you to apply wo finaid.</p>
