Is "Cracking the AP Biology Exam" by Princeton Review good?

I just got my hands on a copy of Cracking the AP Biology Exam by Princeton Review (2002-2003 edition).

Does anyone here have experience with this book? If so, what score did you get, and did you find the content helpful? Would you recommend this book to someone who is self-studying the AP exam? How accurate was it to what was on the test?

All comments are appreciated. Thanks!

I absolutely don't know anything about AP Bio prep, even though I'm taking it right now, but my AP Bio teacher, who is supposedly a very experienced teacher, recommended Cliffs AP Bio book.
(She said she participated in making essay grading outlines and graded essays)

My teacher also reccommended Cliffs. No word on PR though.

i recommend both cliffs and PR-- together. i prepared for the AP Bio on my own, using only those two books. PR breaks the info down, makes it very easy to digest, while cliffs beefs that up with necessary detail.
i got a 5.
