Just wonder...

If not, what is?

Definitely not. People say Cornell or maybe UPenn but when it comes down to it, you have to be qualified either way.

Please. These threads are dumb.

^agree.......

Lol at the OP's username. And then the question.

i don't like it when people spell incorrectly.. "darthmouth."

i would say, yes, dartmouth is the easiest ivy to get into.

this is, of course, assuming that we're all in agreeance by saying that schools such as cornell and penn don't deserve a place among the "ivies"

then again, upenn IS one of the most noted colleges in the nation (and world, for that matter) in business...

and so is michigan

the reason why i mentioned upenn isn't because it's "easy" or anything. just completely betrayed the spirit of an ivy education by having retarded majors like "business".....

yeah i mean c'mon, dartmeth isn't that hard to spell.

Ii never heard of daurtmoght until i came to CC.

Well then you're just ignorant.

Seriously, Dartmouth his one of the best schools in the country and its much more selective than Cornell. Cornell's SAT scores are closer to NYU than Dartmouth, no joke.

dartmouth is small so perhaps relatively unknown. or maybe you ARE just ignorant. btw, you do know that while it is ranked #9 by US News and World Report, Cornell is ranked #13?

Cornell has actually never been ranked higher, except once in I think 1993 when they mis-reported their data.

people, relax, I'm pretty sure cornell_2010 was following the trend of jokes making fun of people spelling dartmouth wrong. this is a dumb thread. all it does is make people antagonize each other over subjective ranking systems. you can get a great education at dartmouth and at cornell, and (gasp) even at a non-ivy or state school. It's all about where fits you best.

Selectivity this year at Dartmouth was one of the top 7 in the country.

cmon, don't bring up the rankings. that only legitimizes the claim that penn and duke are actually half-decent schools and that columbia's on our level. psh. and that cornell actually belongs in the top 20.

"Darthmouth"

Is that where they educate future Sith Lords? Did Darth Vader graduate from there? And if so, what's Darthmouth's relations to the Death Star?

Not to be an elitist, but the poster deserves it. The poster got into Gauranteed Transfer into Cornell's state school - BY FAR the easiest admit in the Ivy League outside of the "continuing education programs". No wonder he's never heard of Dartmouth.
