How likely? What are my weaknesses? How do you suggest I improve?

You’re definitely smart enough, provided you get those SATs up a little bit. The thing that I think might hinder you, though, is a lack of depth in your application. You participate in a lot of things but, unless you’re not including it, I don’t see anything that really sticks out to me as saying “this person really has a passion in this activity and has shown this through a pursuit of making themselves better in it by going above and beyond what we see in the average high school student.” Dartmouth is one of the best school in the nation; they want people who are going to change the world. If you’re not conveying some sort of passion in your application, they’re just going to throw you in the “denied” pile with the other 10,000 bright, well-rounded kids.

To give yourself the best shot you probably need to get more EC leadership as mentioned above. Have a couple things you do very well and care deeply about. Also you will need to raise the SAT. Do those things and you are a strong candidate.

get your SAT scores up. being a URM will drastically increase your chances as well.
