Is doing old psat tests a good way to prepare for the sats?

Any thoughts on this?

The PSATS are different from the SATs so you’ll be better off using the blue book or another prep book.

Old PSAT that are real are better than any non-college board tests. Not ideal because they don’t have algebra-2 topics, but still better than fake tests. Right tone, right level of difficulty.

Yeah I usually don’t do math sections anyways. I already exhausted all the bluebook and other collegeboard tests, and i was wondering how collegeboard psat tests would serve as reading and writing practice
