Is EA always non-binding?

I was under the impression that all Early Action is non-binding. Emerson says on their website that EA is for students whose first choice is Emerson but never really states if it is non-binding or not.

I just wanted verification from someone who went through the process that Emerson EA is, indeed, non-binding.

EA means non-binding. They’re simply saying that they think EA should be used for students who see Emerson as their #1 school (doesn’t mean all applicants will use it this way, however).
