is EARLY ACTION easieer than REGULAR ??

Since I am applying to Georgetown, I can't apply early decision.
so i am applying to bunch of early action schools.

is early action easier than regular? or is it about the same?

and what happens if i apply to a binding early decision school when georgetown forbids it.?

thanks bros

Usually not, schools like to get their top students during EA.

If you break an ED agreement and Georgetown finds out, Georgetown could notify the ED school. Even if you were accepted to either, the acceptances would be revoked. Follow the rules.

If what you are asking is whether you may have a higher chance of admission if EA over regular, the answer is it depends on school. For many, you have a somewhat better chance if your stats are within the normal ranges.

If you you apply EA to Georgetown, which prohibits applying ED elsewhere, and apply ED elsewhere, you face the risk, if accepted at one or both, of having your offer of admission withdrawn from either or both. Colleges have been to known to share ED/EA admission lists.

Going w/ what Drusba said, someone posted a link that showed wether EA admissions rates were higher or lower than RD. I can't think of the link...

This might be a stupid question but it's worth trying:

So I heard that colleges like to get their top students fom ED, so if I get rejected from an ED would it be wise to try again during regular apps?
