Sorry, I had to put that in the title. Anyway, is applying EDII just as big an advantage as applying EDI, or is it just a bit better than applying RD?

See, that's what I would presume but I think that it is just like ED I. Maybe ED II is better because all of the statistics of the applicants are known whereas in ED I they are not known. Someone recently analogized ED I to me as being in a business. If you have 'X' jars to sell, and you say you are going to sell some on Monday, and then you will sell the rest of the jars during the rest of the week. If some people offer you $200 for a jar on Monday -- you don't know whether or not someone can offer you 3x that on Thursday. So Monday is the limited one.

So in ED II, I don't know how it would work -- but to me in my opinion it's the wiser decision -- had I only known that before I got denied ED I.

But then again -- what do I know?

The general message from Tufts is that if you are meant to get in -- you will regardless of whether its through ED or RD.

Next verse, same as the first.

Our standards, practices, and procedures don't shift. I second the perspective in the post immediately above my own.
