i just went to a campus visit and the admissions officer there said that they only fill up during the last week of october

if it is full, does it mean that I won’t get into an engineering major? I put all my eggs in one basket (UT) and now i’m worried that i’m not going to get into it. I just submitted my transcript request today (it’ll take 2-3 days).

I think you can change your major still, or they may put you in a general track. I would call admissions and ask. But I think they put you in general education when engineering fills up. One option would be to switch to physics until you can get into engineering.

If engineering is already full that would mean no review apps are in engineering as only auto admits/academic admits seem to have been processed so far. That seems odd and unlikely. Weren’t they holding spots open for holistic review?
