Would it be easier for one to get into a college because environmental science is a less popular major than, say, engineering? The colleges I’m looking at specifically are UC Berkeley, Brown, and NYU. My application does have a focus toward environmental already.
Schools don’t give admission preference for less popular majors. Otherwise, everyone would be gaming it.
