Is G-town really need blind for internationals?

I'm international applicant from Korea, applying RD to georgetown college. I've heard a lot about financial aid policy on various college, but it is today that I found out Georgetown is need-blind for internationals, as Harvard,Yale,Princeton,MIT and Williams.
(<a href="http://www.georgetown.edu/undergrad/admissions/InternationalStudents.htm%5B/url%5D">http://www.georgetown.edu/undergrad/admissions/InternationalStudents.htm</a>)</p>

I cannot believe what I saw now. I'm just curious, though, because I've heard G-town is quite singy when they're concerend with internationals aid. Do you think this is true? I mean, Will applying for finaid do not affect my chances in Georgetown? I can go to college without finaid (and in case of georgetown, sure! my mom and dad are willing to sell their house ! ) but I'd be more grateful if I can get aid from georgetown. I know they can fund 20 internationals a year, but if I can't be in those 20, will they give a seat for me without finaid? Any comments would be appreciated. Thank you.

Yea thats true.... Most schools have quotas and Americans come first in the admission and financial aid. Well that's what I heard

to clarify a little, I know georgetown has very limited fund for internationals but demonstrates they have a need-blind policy for internationals. Is this mean that is it possible for me to accepted admission but not a finaid ? Then will applying for finaid will decrease my chance or really doesn't matter at all? Thank you.

Need-Blind Admissions means that they will not take you ability to pay into consideration when determining whether or not to accept you. Applying or needing financial aid will not decrease your chances of getting in.
