Is Halo the most popular FPS for girls?

<p>Probably. I have a couple girls on my Friend’s List on Xbox LIVE and all but one play Halo exclusively; the other plays Call of Duty.</p>

<p>I know some girls who like Halo. Their boyfriends might play it or the playstyle is more relaxed. It takes like 8 DMR shots to the chest to kill. I usually play custom forge games with the few girls that play video games.</p>

<p>Fewer girls like CoD because of the more realistic and hardcore feel. It takes like 5 shots to kill with any weapon. And you die in 1.5 seconds. Not that fun for a beginner.</p>

<p>Girls are better at halo than CoD due to their slower reaction time and CoD being a twitch shooter.</p>

<p>In terms of skill required, how does Halo compare to, say, TF2 then? I get godawful K/D ratios on CoD.</p>

<p>I’m a girl and I must say, I’m way better at COD than Halo … but then again I grew up in a fps gaming family. </p>

<p>In general, most girls I know who actually touch an xbox play Halo. It’s ‘less realistic’ for some of them too.</p>

<p>I’m a girl and I’ve never played Halo, but I’ve played my brother’s CoD games multiple times. I really like CoD; Halo doesn’t appeal. I love how realistic the graphics are in CoD, and as a beginner I actually didn’t find it that difficult to, you know, not die right away.</p>

<p>Plus I like that I get to kill those f***ing jerry kraut bastards. :D</p>
