is History 101 and Sociology 101 transferable?

Currently, i'm attending Community College and wondering what classes should i take to transfer to UW
Since i'm planning to transfer in 1 year, i know it's important to take classes that can be transfer to UW as transferable credit
So, my question is between history 101 and Sociology 101, whice one is better or benefitial to take to transfer?</p>
