Is Housing Out Yet?

Hmm...are you sure the last number is possibly for what bed assignment or whatever because mine is GR-8xx-7. I didnt get 1 2 or 3 at the end. Maybe its on griffith on the eight floor but what could the 7 mean?

FH1-1B19A-1

is this freeborn? or foothill?

For those of us who don't have anything yet... does this mean we lost the lottery and are stuck with triples?

this is mine:

FB-614-7

& my requested roommates are:

FB-614-6
FB-614-5

did we get the same room? "/

Gokitty - Yes, it does.

My daughter and her requested roommate got the same numbering:

CH-6xx-1
CH-6xx-2

HELP!

I got my roommate, BC-4XX-1 and BC-4XX-2 but does that mean we have a double or there may be a "3" out there? Is there any way to look it up? Also, we had requested Unit 1 or 3, but kind of got #3. Is Beverly Cleary any good? Is it a hub of activity? I know it houses the theme dorms, but not quite what we were hoping for.. any input? Thanks!

druu, FH1-1B19A-1 is most likely foothill
Freeborn is FB, I think

Snappy1, there's no way to tell if you have a double or triple yet - or at least no way that anyone's deciphered yet

anyone know what GR stands for?

i checked my housing app earlier today and my status was incomplete; however, i checked it just a second ago and it now says "FH2". would this be Foothill???

Good Game,

I got GR-8xx-7 which most likely means Unit 2: Griffiths. My 2 friends also got the same number as me and we all had unit 2 as our first choice ;)

I have CU-3xx-6 - what does this mean??

cunningham unit 2 i think. check the Living at Cal website to see what type of buildings they have for each unit.

But what does the 6 mean? A minisuite?

i have no idea. still trying to figure that part out. i got a 7 at the end of mine and my friends 5 and 6. I hope it isnt a minisuite. i kinda just want a triple because its cheaper =/

It's not a minisuite because minisuites have an A or B. I'm assuming that they are triples.

Why would it be a triple if it's a number greater than 3? I would think it's a minisuite...

yeah i dont understand that logic either.

On the first page, UCLA 77 described the letters used for minisuites and suites.

UCLA77 said:

"Let's say you get a mini double (or triple) suite in Christian. And got assigned to Room 312. For the mini suites, there's an "A" or a "B" following the three numbers, because there are two rooms in the mini suite Room 312 -- room "A" and room "B". Then the bed number is assigned, which would be -1, -2, or -3. (It doesn't stick you with a particular bed, it's just for numbering).

So it would look like this on the housing website: CN-312B-1"

yeah i get that...but then what do numbers 4 and higher mean for those who didnt get minisuites?

FH7-7B53B-6 Foothill, Sick!
