I really am not sure what if anything, I'm going to be taking this summer. Should I just put down something even if there is a 50-50 possibility I'm not going to do it?

I was wondering the same thing… For me whether or not to take a summer class depends on where I’m going to transfer to, which courses are offered, etc. I won’t know until June (when I would be able to register for summer). Is it ok if we tell the campus we SIRed to that we’re taking a summer class after we register for it?

Think of it this way, they base your admissions decision off of your self-reported grades and academic update. So that means the class you take in the summer, or not take in this case, will be somewhat irrelevant. Furthermore, lets just say your accepted to the school you applied and you want to knock out one more class before you transfer. They will not rescind your admission decision solely for that reason. So you can relax, you’re fine in whatever you decide to input.
