I've heard that colleges will no longer look at your SAT scores starting from 2013.
which means that they will focus on GPA more.
becuase I don't have such a good GPA(well.. actually an asian fail)
I was going to back them up with my EC,SAT, and ACT.

I'm bit scared at this point where I heard this "rumor",
and I need someone to clearfy this, whether this is true or not.

The thing is that doesn’t even reach rumor status since almost no one has heard it before. It is at best wild speculation or someone’s wishful thinking but rest assured it is not happening. Note there are a number of colleges that no longer require test scores and it is possible a few more might join that group by 2013 but vast majority will continue as is requiring test scores.

LOL. State univiersity’s, for example SUNY, use that SAT as really about 40% of the admissions decision. SAT and GPA are far and away the 2 most important factors in SUNY admissions.

I have heard that SOME colleges may abandon test scores as part of the application process, but I have never heard that they ALL will follow this path.
