Is it able to double major in math& cities, while attending the 3-2 Penn Program?

I guess the title is self-explanatory…
Is it able to achieve this?
Or even get a Bachelor-Master Degree in Math?

It’s theoretically possible to complete a math major and the 3-2 program City and Regional Planning, but it could be super stressful. Here are the requirements for each program:

Cities major: 15 credits
Math major: 10 credits (starting from Calc 3; more if you haven’t had calculus in high school)
General education courses: 3-7 credits (I am not sure how many distribution requirements are covered by coursework for the Cities major)
Master’s degree from Penn: 10 net credits (14 credits, 4 of which may be double-counted from your undergraduate coursework)

That’s about 40 credits minimum. The “regular” courseload is 8 credits per year, so 40 credits would be doable over 5 years. However, that assumes that you wouldn’t take a single elective course outside of your two majors, and that you wouldn’t run into scheduling conflicts between courses for the math and cities major.

What will the fifth year be like? Just studying at Penn or still a student at BMC?

The 5th year in the 3-2 program would be entirely spent at Penn. Also note that you’d be paying regular Penn tuition in the 5th year.

Thank you for your information!
It is said that there are 3 other fields of courses required for the Cities major. Are there any restrictions(like fine arts, archaeology or art history…?) or they can be any other fields available(like computer science, math, chem…?)?

Do you mean the “4 allied courses” requirement? It seems that nothing’s off limits a priori as long as you have a good rational for your choices. Here’s what I found:
