Is it bad to have a C+ in AP Biology for Universities?

Hi, I worked really hard in trying to achieve a B but I could not reach it and got a C+ because of my final exam score. Now, I will have a C+ in my report and I m worried that universities that I m interested in would not consider me because of my score. I was planning to take the Subject Test for Biology in the October (maybe that would help). In addition, there would, also, be another C in US history because my teacher treats us like an AP class when I signed to be in a regular course so that I would not stress so much. I m very disappointed with myself in my junior year. Would universities should such as John Hopkins look at your senior year too? If so would they like to see progress from your grade from junior and senior year? Because this is the first time that I have a C and C+. I will try to do better next year.
