My cousin told me that IB Physics is algebra-based, so it’s not the same as Physics classes in college which are calc-based. So I don’t know if it’s bad that I’m taking IB Bio as my science (I do not want to double-science) just because the Physics teachers at my school are either bad or really hard.
If you want to be an engineer, I would take IB Physics (and or IB CHem) rather than IB Bio if I was advising someone. It is okay if you have to take Physics in college. Most people do.
Engineers (unless maybe you are a Biomedical Engineer) don’t take Bio in college.
Make sure you have taken Chem, Bio and Physics sometime during your HS years.
