Is it better to apply to a specific college or the university in general?

<p>I want to double major in business and history...is it better to apply to a specfic College like the College of Letters and Sciences, or is it better to apply to SOand So University under a undecided?</p>

<p>For example, USC has a college for Business and a different college where History would fall under. Which college would i apply for?</p>
