Is it better to fill out the SUNY Common App or the School Application?

<p>I plan on applying too around 2 SUNY Schools (Albany & Buffalo) do you think I should fill out the common app and send it to both of them or should I download the schools personal application and send that? I also want to show the school that there my #1 choice so I think filling out a personal application might show them that (Most likely i'm wrong). Thanks for the answering!</p>
