Is it better to get an MD or a Ph.D in a medical field after undergrad?

I don’t know if money is a concern for you at all, but an MD might cost you $600,000 more than a PhD.

<p>The PhD lasts at least twice as long as an MD. Once this is taken into account, the MD is alway going to cost less.</p>
