<p>I got an email saying that they were already reviewing applications and they strongly recommended getting it in early.</p>
<p>If you are borderline, especially OOS, would it be better to get it in earlier?</p>
<p>I’m wondering the same thing -my son got that same email. Anyone know??</p>
