Is it better to submit both the SAT and ACT?

I have a feeling that my 30 Composite ACT is better than my 1310/1980 on the SAT. So, for the schools that require the SAT IIs, I plan on sending them all of my SAT scores and my ACT scores, but for the schools that only require either SAT Is or ACT tests, would it be better for me to withhold my SAT scores or send them? It's rather expensive to send BOTH scores to all of my colleges. Any ideas? Basically, I just want to know what helps and what doesn't.

More detail:
SAT: CR 650 / M 660 / W 670 / Essay 10
SAT II: English Lit 620 / French (reading) 580 / Math II 630
ACT: Comp 30 / Eng 33 / Math 31 / Reading 29 / Science 26

Oh no, I got cut off to the second page! Don't leave me there. : (

bump!!!!!!!!

Ya, I agree with your plan. Your SAT II scores are ok, they won't help you very much unfortunately. Save the money and just go with the ACT if possible.

Alright, thanks! My counselor told me that my ACT scores are pretty much the same when correlated to my SAT scores, but for some reason a 30 sounds a lot better than what I have on my SATs. : P

30 is only a tad higher than 1980.

It might not even be worth sending the ACT if you didn't take the writing test since a ton of universities require it.

I did take the writing, I just don't know what I got off of the top of my head.
