Is it easier to get in as a transfer if you got accepted before as a senior?

I'm looking to transfer schools and I was just wondering if I got accepted to schools as a high school senior, if I reapply to those schools as a transfer student, are my chances to get accepted any better? Or does it start from ground zero?

You start from ground zero, but presumably they liked your application before so they will probably like it again.

If you want to try to transfer for second semester, sometimes it is possible to “reactivate” an application. If you want to transfer that soon, pick up the phone and call the admissions offices at the places where you were accepted last spring, and ask them what you should do.
