Is it easier to transfer during the Winter/Spring terms?

I was wondering if it was easier to transfer to a 4 year college at the start of the spring quarter/semester instead of the usual fall term. More specifically for CSU’s or UC’s…

Only a few UC’s accept winter/spring quarter or semester transfers so you are limited. The spots available may be also limited due to attrition.
UC Riverside is open to sophomore/junior/senior transfers and UC Santa Cruz is open to junior transfer applicants for the winter quarter which begins in early January 2018. In addition, UC Merced is open to first-time freshmen and sophomore/junior transfer applicants for the spring semester which begins in late January 2018.

You have more options with the Cal states. You need to check the Cal state apply website to see if your target campuses are accepting applications for these terms.

Thanks, but would you agree that it might be generally easier to be accepted for admission during these times since most applicants apply for Fall?
