I will be attending CSU San Marcos this fall and will plan on transferring in two years or a year. I want to transfer to USC, but I'm not sure if that is possible? I know it will take a lot of hard work, but if I work really hard at CSUSM, will I be able to get in no problem? Another conflict. I wanted Computer Engineering as a major but CSUSM only offers computer science? Will the classes I take for CS be transferable for computer engineering?

Or I could go to the CC route and use the TAG program for UCI. Also, is CC to UCI tough to transfer? Can I do it in one year possibly or two years?

Which is better? Any suggestions?
