I'm gonna have quite a few ap tests under my belt after I grad, and I'm wondering if it's even a good idea to use this credit. I dont plan on graduating early. And wouldnt taking the class I took the AP test for be a GPA booster anyway? So why do people bother with AP credit so much?

So you can save $$$

Save money and time. If you don’t use it on classes for your major, use it for electives or something.

it might free up classes so you can double major or do something else like get a minor or simply allow you to take various classes that you might not be able to take without freeing up some space.

I agree with this guy ^^^
Y did you even spent your money for taking the exams. You got the AP credit, USE IT. It is as if wasting the sum of your hours taking the exams just for the thrill, which is sickening. =[

wille2511, actually some high schools pay for the AP exams, this is good for students like me who actually want to do well on the exams, but bad for the school because there are a bunch of students that don’t care and don’t try on the exams
