<p>Can you still be admitted to MIT if you have a 1310 SAT and SAT2: bio-720, US-760, and Math1-660? The question i'm asking is what if ur teacher rec, essays and interview, transcript are all really great, can u still be admitted even if u have a bad math 1? Bad day i guess. BTW, I have over 1500 hrs volunteering, and I also might have a hook, I lived in a refugee camp a couple years and i'm first generation URM?</p>

<p>MIT uses the SAT II scores possibly to see if the applicant can handle
the required courses in Math. So if the scores were really low, the
applicant would have a tough time getting out of MIT....?</p>
