@3scoutsmom good news, i changed my school schedule to where I’m taking Tuesday and Thursday classes so I can go to Tennessee with my mom and step dad in September and not miss anything from my classes. My brother is going to Colorado in September and if it’s on the weekend I might ask if I can go with him. Me and my brother also talked about taking a trip to Redwood national park In Nothern California. I’m not somewhat optimistic.

One in four people have some type of mental illness. My daughter is going to counseling at her school, and a lot of her friends are, too.

back to the family issue, is it possible to have good grandparents that are not blood related? I like people who are older than me and don’t want anyone who is younger than me and that is why I don’t plan on having kids yet. I really like the traditional structure of family because it’s a mixture of people all ages.

You are too reliant on other people’s opinions. Want to go to therapy (and I think you should)? Go. Want to have older people in your life? Befriend them. Want to travel? Do it. You don’t need anyone else’s approval.
Back to what this thread is actually about. I have two interviews this week so hopefully I get one of the jobs and I won’t have my current job amymore soon anyways because they are closing.

Yes but I don’t think working at a gas station Is for me since I could end up working nights and it’s dangerous to be there at nights because they always get robbed. The reason I don’t have a Job is not because of me but because where I work closed. You got one of the subjects wrong, it’s not Biology but Environmental Science I always say as the last subject.
So you go out and look for another job. Try summer camps. Any seasonal places that will see a lot of business in the summer. That probsbly means places where kids go. My son got a job just last week.
Since you live local look at ice cream shops. Many look for people who can work past the time frame that many college students leave for the summer. What about looking at place like college bookstores?
Since you live 5-10 minutes from purdue university, why not try to put a job application and work at campus? College bookstore?
