Hi everybody,
I want to know if applying to UCLA or actually any UC’s will give you an advantage if saying that you have not decided which major to do? Also if I get accepted, will I be able to choose my major there or will they choose for me? Thanks.

For UCs, there is some more specific information at http://admission.universityofcalifornia.edu/counselors/files/freshman-admission-matrix.pdf . However, note that some majors at some campuses can be very difficult to get into if you enter the campus as an undeclared student, while others are open admission as long as you just pass their prerequisites.
don’t do engineering undeclared cus it’s the hardest engineering to get into, just put a sceondary for engineering if you want to do engineering
arts and sciences i don’t think matters
Majors within the college of Letters and Science do not matter for admission you will be admitted as a pre major. Any other school admits by major. Undeclared engineering is the most selective engineering major but allows you to pick anyone. Engineering normally does not consider second choice engineering majors.
