Is it hard to make a 3.5 GPA or higher in college? Im planning on going to UT but i need to try to make a 3.5 or higher to get a transfer into engineering

Well, that depends on the college. You should ask in the UT specific forum.

better questions: is it impossible not to make a 4 in COmmunity COllege or is it possible to not crack under pressure in some place like COrnell? depends on school

The simple answer is it will be difficult to get a 3.5 or better. Once you mention engineering, that means you will need to take courses that engineering students usually take in freshman and, if transferring later, sophomore year to be able to transfer. The college level math, chemistry and physics courses you will need for engineering will not be cakewalks and getting a 3.5 will likely not be easy.
