Is it hard to transfer to Haas (out of state)?

<p>Haas has the smallest transfer rate of any UC school - 8% get in. It's less for out of state applicants because the UC's are required by law to give preference first to California community college transfers, then to California residents transferring from other schools, then finally if there are any spots left, they take a few out of state students. Last year, just 64 out of state transfers were admitted to the university overallAgain, Haas is much more difficult to transfer into than the University overall ---
