Is it harder to get into Stern as an international student?

According to USnews, NYU only has 4% international students out of the entire student body. But on the other hand, each year NYU did receive a large number of applications overseas.... Does it mean, for international transfer students, it will be a lot harder to get into NYU Stern?

Thanks a lot!

Yes, and nearly impossible if seeking aid.

not true. It wasn't impossible but they give almost zero scholarships or aids.

@crillen: where did you get the information that NYU only has 4% of international students? Please show it to me because this is scaring the crap out of me!

It’s harder to get into ANY US school as an Intl. applicant, and harder yet to get financial support.

Even if you get in Stern, expect zero aid. The price tag is still pretty hefty, $55k/year plus expenses?
