Hi everyone,
So I have a composite 1420/1600 on my SAT. IF you take across from ACT and SAT then it's a 1480. Good or not?
These are the schools that I am looking at.
I attend a prestigious public high school
Barnard
Columbia
Stony
Bing
NYU
Macaulay Honors
Vassar
Harvard
UPenn
Duke
UNC Chapel Hill
Georgia Tech
U Mich
UVA
Cornell
U florida
U Chicago
Drexel BA MD program

I know some people will say to check with the schools, but I want to know if it's feasible taking in consideration their ranges and people's past experiences.
Input would be awesome.
If it helps to add more stats here they are
Average: ~92 UW --> we don't weigh or rank our kids
8 APs and 7 honors classes
3 of 8 APs are senior year
Great extracurriculars and recs--> my english teacher LOVED me and my US teacher almost loved me -- so solid
counselor sucks only had for this college process- so regular rec- :(
Essays- solid

Thank you everyone. :)

Those scores are definitely good enough, but for some of the schools you’re looking at such as Duke, they will only be average.
Good Luck

You should raise your SAT scores, and each sectional score must be at least in middle 50% for each school.
Also GPA, Ap, extra curricular matters.
give some more details?

More or less, the sections are in the 50% range.
I took
AP Bio
AP World
AP Chem
AP US
AP Calc AB
^ all for freshmen-junior year
Honors Trig
Honors Chem
Honors Pre calc
Honors English
Honors Spanish
Honors Physics
Honors English
^ all from freshmen to junior year
- On a side not- the honors math and science classes at my schol are not a joke. I agree the english are, but the math classes here, the teachers go hard core. There are only about 130 honors classes kids, about five classes out of about 750 kids. Pretty darn small number.
My extracurricular as I mentioned are solid
Lab research at uni, volunteer, debate team, speech, etc etc.

Let me know please!

What is your intended major and where is your home state?
For Ivies, you should aim at 1500+ for CR+M. Your score is fine for most top 50 schools, but no schools combined ACT and SAT score together. Also, many schools also consider the Writing score, so just listing CR+M is not sufficient for chancing. You need to list out all section scores.

It’s a composite 2090. ACT is a 31
NY and undecided.
Very few schools actually do across exams. You just have to check.
Breakdown SAT:
CR: 710
M: 710
W: 670
ACT: 31
M: 33
R:28
S: 3
W:28
