Is it impossible to get into a top-10 B-school without work experience?

My uncle went straight from UPenn undergrad to UCLA for his MBA, but that was 25 years ago...and I know UCLA's not top-10, but it's still pretty good.

I know that Tuck (Dartmouth) accepts students straight from undergraduate. I am pretty sure other top 10-15 programs do as well. But it defeats the purpose of the MBA. Most employers will not hire an MBA into a 6-figure package to lead a project unless he/she has been tested and proven in the "real world". It is best to get a little experience (3 years minimum, 5 years preferable).
