I found the test relatively simple [easier than a lot of the practice ones], the MC was a joke...the frq's were challenging but not too hard...is it just me or did you guys also think that it was pretty straight forward?

I'm afraid now that 1. I either fell into traps and got completely pwned :(, or 2. the test was in fact simple, and now the curve will be almost non-existent.

For me and the other 10 kids in my mechanics class, it was pretty challenging. However, our teacher was completely awful and we did not learn anything in depth other than 2-d motion =). I myself thought the MC was pretty easy, so if you had a real class it should have been a joke. The FR was probably doable, but again I had no preparation from my teacher and I have been focusing on my other 6 exams since I want to actually learn physics in college instead of cramming it in 2 days so I can pass the AP exam. All in all i probably got a 2, or a 3 if I'm very lucky. I also was a scholar with distinction last year, so i don't usually fail these tests.

My AP Physics C teacher is EPIC FAIL, all she did all eyar was write formulas on the board..but I taught a lot of physics to myself, so maybe that's why i found it simple...

which frq's did you find hard? (DON'T TALK ABOUT THEM SPECIFICALLY, JUST SAY WHICH NUMBER[1, 2, or 3])

I choked on those FRQ's, really bad. I'm not going to mention any specifics, but the calculus necessary in some of that completely threw me off-guard, and I just skipped a whole question, never taking the time to look at the rest of it and to see if I could perhaps salvage some easy points. And when I took a quick swoop before I turned it in, I saw that there were other things I could've done that I hadn't even noticed. I'm just too slow these days.

I did well on the MC. I think I might even be able to pull of around an 80% raw score on that. My goal was to get a 5 on this, though, and I'm really on the edge here... If I had just gone through the whole free response test and focused on the easier questions more, I might've been able to get around 60% of them. That would've been plenty to get me the 5 I wanted so bad.

I don't know how generous they are with the curves for physics C mechanics, but all I can do right now is cross my fingers hoping that the cut-off for a 5 ends up being below a 54/90. I just did ten times worse than I could've on the FRQ's.

In 2004, a 49/90 was 5 :) (you may still have a chance)

and, don't be hard on yourself the frq's were in fact "challenging"...i'm not going to say anything specific, but lets just say I had trouble finding "C--the integral constant" in the calculus questions :)

I thought today was relatively hard. I didn't have time to check much over for the multiple choice, and the last free response was relatively challenging.

Unfortunately, I probably know more Spanish than Physics, so today's test was TERRIBLE. I'm praying for a 3. Did anyone here take E+M though? I thought that went way better than mechanics.

Ughhh, I wasted so much time on the calculus on one of the free response, and I think my answer had the wrong sign.

I think the ap physics mechanics test was moderately difficult, the MC wasn't too. my problem was the time factor. as for the free response the calc one wasn't too difficult except i think i screwed up the integral somehow and the others i have no idea how well i did on them im hoping for a 3

I thought the mechanics FRQ was easier than the MC. I don't know, the mc was just weird and wordy.

As for the difficulty of the FRQ, I thought conceptually all three questions were straightforward. But the computations were definitely tricky and/or annoying.

Actually, if I did that FR question right, the computation was fairly difficult. Definitely more tedious than anything I've done in calc BC. However, barron's has those types of problems everywhere, especially in the EM chapters.

I only left 2 blank on MC because I saved them and intended on coming back on them, but just didn't have enough time. They either need to reduce the problems by 5 or lengthen the time by another 10 minutes because 45 minutes for those problems are ridiculous.

I didn't think any of the FR were bad, just one part of one question I completely left blank.

I think that Magnetism exam was such a devil.

The Mc for Mag was so ****ing hard. I studied straight for 3 days with help from my twin sis coz shes a genius . The stuff we went over in the morning before the exam was all there in the exam. but still, i failed to do well.

iam so mad mad mad mad right now. i wanted 5s but i dunno.
