Alright, i don't know if it's just me or maybe others are experiencing the same phenomenon that I'm having as a freshman.

I have too much time to chill.

Now i know i chose easy courses and am a business major, but it usually takes me only 2 hrs max to finish all the assigned hmwk for the day while i see a lot of my friends pulling their hair off doing those rediculous chem hmwk.

chillin is fine with me but i'm starting to worry if I'm taking college easily or am forgettin to do something that others are already workin on.

How many hours are you taking? Also, the first week or so is typically not that intense as I remember from our own student. Enjoy this down time right now; I am sure the workload will arrive.

It will get more intense once the tests and papers start coming. Use the extra time to get ahead, there will be a time when you are thankful for it.

Also, know that some majors just take more time than others. Engineering would take a lot more time than my Psych classes did. That is alright. Use what time you have to enrich your education by joining clubs, doing extra work, getting involved. It is early for you to do this, but my sophomore year I started doing research in Psych and I continued that through my senior year. There is always more you can do, but don't worry, the work is coming.

My D is a business major too, I don't know how many courses she has chosen, but she told me that she has a lot of fun as well as homework. She even did her homework at weekend.

I have not have much chill time at all. I have a paper due every other day, reading assignments, all the clubs i joined, and partying. The lack of sleep is starting to get to me. Enjoy your downtime while you can.
