Is it legal to download previous Official SAT practice test from...

<p>Hi, I just found this website that allowed me to download previous offcial SAT practice
test without any charge. I did not download them yet because I thought it would
violate the law if I download them from the website that is not College Board official website. Is it legal or illegal?</p>

<p>the worst that happens is CB kills your GPA and eats you. </p>

<p>… and then you take the ACT, score a 36 and land your butt in Yale.</p>

<p>If downloading those tests would be illegal, uploading them on a website would also be so. And there aren’t too many people in the world who would risk going to jail to give some random people more SAT practice tests.</p>

<p>No… actually it IS illegal. Go ahead and download, just don’t come whining to us when CB cancels your scores and kills your chances at top schools.</p>

<p>The tests that are on this website are NOT the real tests. They are the tests that
College Board created for the purpose of PRACTICING: the ones that you have been able
to download from CB website every year. It’s like some crazy guy was so nice that he downloaded them each year and put’em up on the website. And they only show you sample page of the whole test before download, and it says “Practice Test” on the top of every test. And the number of people who downloaded is now more than 3000~4000 and going up.</p>

<p>If you’re talking about the official practice tests, there are three of them and they are previously released QAS exams.</p>
